We were most unhappy this morning. Our planned tour to Kingston had been cancelled due to lack of numbers and it was really too late for us to try and get on another tour.
So we had a lazy day. We wandered along the beach and then back through the towns local craft markets on the way to the hotel. It sold the usual assortment of Jamaican tacky tourist stuff and we left (thankfully) empty handed. The rest of the afternoon we just spent lazing on the beach. Me in Dans best fishing cap and Dan drying money that gone for a swim on his legs – as you do. The hotel had a sunset cocktail night on that evening. We were late getting down there. Just enough for one cocktail and Dan to taste the spring rolls (which weren’t a patch on Babes in Mexico).
We later went for dinner at La Diva. The Italian food was great and we both can’t wait to get to our favourite local Italian, Il Ciao, when we return to Perth.
