28th September – Raven Camp, SK

Another day, another lot of sampling and a belter of a fire at West Bear. Darcy lit up the dry section under some ply and it was great. Chicken heated up in the embers hit the spot for lunch. It is getting colder and even with my thermals – top and bottom, pants, two pairs of socks, t-shirt, work shirt, hoodie, big jacket, beanie and rain pants – the wind and rain made it a pretty dismal and cold day. When Wes showed up a bit early we were all pleased to get back.
